One of my missions as a Spanish teacher, providing Spanish lessons in Toronto, is to find great ways to connect people with the best of what we have in our Hispanic cultural collage we have here. I am so lucky to have met Laury Leite. We were colleagues at the Spanish Centre and I had the chance to personally met him and read one of his books. He is an amazing person, with a wonderful sense of humour. Those people who enlights a room when they are in. His books are enjoyable and interesting. They are so well- written and entertaining, that they have become special gifts for my mom, who lives on the other side of the world. She has a great taste for good literature, being a Venezuelan poet herself. She definitelly loved them!!!!
